Before rising to the top of the real estate industry, Lance spent a decade as a global project manager for the U.S. Department of Defense, supporting coalition forces and earning multiple awards for service. His career took him to over 100 countries—including Antartica, Afghanistan, Iraq, Turkey, Brazil, India, and across Africa—cultivating a unique perspective and an unshakeable work ethic that now elevate his client relationships.
