It’s not everyday that traveling to another country feels like traveling to another dimension. During my recent trip to the north of India, however, that is exactly how I felt. The country is soulful, filled with people who seem to prioritize their spirituality and karma above all. I traveled through Rajasthan, Goa, Varanasi, and Mumbai, taking in all of the sites, colors, smells, and kindness of strangers. These photos represent a small sampling of the beauty of the faraway land of India, a land I look forward to visiting again in the future.
